Anything below shoulders is considered half body art and anything below waist/thighs is considered full body art.
A grayscale or colorless art with distinct and/or complicated shadows and lighting is still considered a rendered artwork.

Additions:

• Backgrounds: by default, backgrounds are not included in the price: they can be either transparent, flat color, gradient or simple pattern. I do not draw complex, high-detailed backgrounds. However, I can draw simple environment backgrounds: their price can vary from $5 to $10.
• Edits / changes: I allow 3 edit requests during the sketch phase and 2 requests during each other phase for free — any additional requests will cost between $2 and $5 extra. Edits made due to my
mistake are not counted. The cost of drastic edits / changes made after the sketch will vary from $2 to $10 depending on factors such as:
— The stage of artwork creation
— The complexity of the edits
— The number of previous edits
And so on. To avoid overpaying, please make your descriptions and requests as thorough as possible.
• Chibi/pets/animals: -50% of the base price of a character.
• Characters amount: up to 4 characters in one artwork; -5% of the base price of the artwork for 2 characters, -10% for 3 characters and -15% for 4 characters (chibi/pets/animals not included).
• Returning clients: 10% discount!

Terms of Service

Communication:
Communication regarding commissions is primarily via email or Discord. Please provide as many descriptions, references, context and lore regarding the character(s) as possible. I have the right to reject a commission without any explanation if I deem it necessary. I will send progress at each stage of the work on the artwork and will only proceed after your approval. I will be very grateful if you keep our communication respectful and professional. I apologize in advance for any grammatical errors or incorrect grammatical constructions, since English is not my first language.Time:
I will try to tell how much time it will take for me to finish your commission once the main information regarding the artwork is set. The time depends on various factors, such as art complicity, edits, workload, personal reasons, etc.Size & Format:
Please provide the preferred size or aspect ratio for your commission, as well as DPI (if not mentioned it is 300) and file format (if not mentioned it is .PNG).Usage:
You may use my art for personal purposes (profile pictures, social media posts, prints, etc.). If you publicly post the artwork online, please credit me. Do not use my art to train generative AI or to create NFTs. Commercial use can be discussed separately.Posting & Portfolio:
I may post the finished work on my social media pages or add it to my portfolio, unless you explicitly indicate that you do not want me to publish your commission online. You can also ask for a credit if I publish your commission in the future. However, I will never publish an artwork of a real person/people online.Payment:
The main payment method is PayPal (via Ko-fi or individually), I accept USD. After the commission is set, a prepayment of at least 50% of the cost is required. If the cost of the commission does not exceed $30, the prepayment must be 100% of the cost. In this case, if the price was increased due to edits in the process of work, the finished artwork will be sent only after payment of the remaining amount.Refund Policy:
If the commissioner decides to cancel the commission after the prepayment, the prepayment will not be refunded. If I decide to cancel the commission after the prepayment, the prepayment will be refunded, unless the reason for this is the violation of any of the terms listed here: in this case, the prepayment is not refundable.
After the work is completed and full payment is sent, the commission is not refundable.By paying for your commission, you agree to the stated terms and conditions.
